
Public Citizen Wins Michigan Foreclosure Case
The Michigan Supreme Court unanimously ruled this week that the Wayne County Treasurer did not properly notify a 75-year-old woman before foreclosing on her house. Public Citizen had argued that the county violated the woman's constitutional right to due process.
